About Platedle
Platedle turns the road trip license plate game into a daily puzzle: one plate, the state name taped over, six tries.
Spotting plates from far-off states is a classic of long car rides. Every state has its own look, from Utah's red arch to Hawaii's rainbow and New Hampshire's "Live Free or Die". Platedle asks how well you really know them, with a little geography thrown in: every guess tells you how far you are and which way to go.
It takes a couple of minutes, it is free, and it works in any browser without an account.
Who makes it
Platedle is made by Faven Games, a small independent studio that makes daily puzzles and indie games. Our other daily games are Eatlas, where you find the country that eats the most of a food, Tilt, a balance-scale guessing game, and It Took, which asks how many balloons it takes to lift a cat.
How it stays free
Platedle may show a small number of ads, kept away from the game itself. There are no accounts and we do not collect personal data to run the game. See our privacy policy.
